We designed our program to focus equally on the satisfaction of your organization and its supporters.  From program conception to delivery day fulfillment, we aim to please everyone involved.  We provide full color order forms, notification templates, and program guidelines containing suggestions on ways to make this the best fundraiser you've ever had. We are always standing by, able to help in any way to make your fundraising event more successful.

Once you have engaged us, we will ship the free order forms and other materials to you.  We suggest running the sales drives for no more than two to three weeks.  After collecting the money from your participants and tallying their orders, place your order with PaperFunds and we will work with you to pick a delivery date that best suits your needs.  We only need a few days after receipt of your order to accomplish the delivery.

1. Call PaperFunds to book your fundraiser at          941-485-2539
2. We send you free full color order forms and notification templates to distribute to your participants - you can also email the order form to your list if you prefer
3. Your sales drive should be run for two to three weeks - you can use our forms to rally your participants during the drive and remind them when its time to turn in their order forms
4. Collect your participants' order forms and funds, tally their orders and submit your order (in pallets) to PaperFunds
5. We will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time that best suits your needs
6. On delivery day, unload the trucks and distrtiubute the products to your participants
    

A different delivery day

While it is ultimately up to each organization to decide how to distribute the products to their supporters, it’s a good idea to consider a distribution system that utilizes a single location for delivery acceptance and supporter distribution. It will be the organization's responsibility to unload the trucks and distribute the product; therefore it's important to streamline this part of the process with as much volunteer help as possible. We have some suggestions in our Program Guidelines on how to best accomplish this. 

If you are concerned about the volunteer effort required to unload the trucks, please contact us and we can arrange for hired help for approximately $250 per truck (about $.35 per case on a full truck) to accomplish the unloading for you.  For larger orders we may be able to share or waive this fee for you.
