We designed our program to focus equally on the satisfaction of your organization and your supporters. From program kick off to delivery day fulfillment, we aim to please everyone involved. We provide full color order forms, flyer templates, notification templates, and program guidelines containing suggestions on ways to make this the best fundraiser you've ever had. We also have banners, t-shirts, displays, and other marketing materials designed to help you make the most out of your program. We are always standing by, able to help in any way to make your fundraising event more successful.
Once you have engaged us, we will ship the order forms and other materials to you. We suggest running the sales drives for no more than two to three weeks. After collecting the money from your participants and tallying their orders, you place your order with PaperFunds and we will work with you to pick a delivery date that best suits your needs. A typical program lasts about 6-7 weeks from kick off to delivery
Each program can be tailored for your organization, we help you to create custom banners, cover letters, and sometimes press releases or other media to help you get your word out. Please review the sign up page for more details on how we can customize your program.
While it is ultimately up to each organization to decide how to distribute the products to their supporters, it’s a good idea to consider a distribution system that utilizes a single location for delivery acceptance and supporter distribution.
It will be the organization's responsibility to unload the truck and distribute the product; therefore it's important to streamline this part of the process with as much volunteer help as possible. Please feel free to contact us if you'd like to understand this part of the process better.
