Co-Founders:  Joe and Sam Kuipers

We are a husband and wife team living in Sarasota County that has created PaperFunds because we believe we’ve found a concept in which everyone wins.  We have been proud to call ourselves Floridians since moving here in 1997 after graduating together from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.  We have three children of our own entering their school years and are concerned about how school funding will look in the near future.  We hope to help alleviate some of the budgetary pressures that schools will likely run into without abusing the supporters they serve.
